Katy Shah

Katy got her start in 2011, assisting the fashion directors at Lucky Magazine in New York City. Two years later, she made the move to public relations. As an account executive at LaForce, she handled contemporary fashion and lifestyle brands including Haspel, Jay Godfrey, The Limited, NYDJ and Etsy, and produced large-scale events, including seasonal runway shows for BCBG and Herve Leger at New York Fashion Week.
In 2013, she joined international fashion PR agency Karla Otto as an account manager. By the time she left the company in 2016, she had been promoted to director, handling luxury fashion clients including Tim Coppens, Charlotte Olympia, Agent Provocateur, Steven Alan, Mary Katrantzou, Berluti, Baja East and Lisa Marie Fernandez.
Katy relocated to Nashville in 2016 and was connected to Libby Callaway, who had recently opened her lifestyle communications company, The Callaway. Katy was hired as managing director and helped grow the business from four to 25 clients while managing a team of seven. Her time with The Callaway helped to integrate her into the Nashville community as she worked with her team to promote local restaurants (Cafe Roze, Stateside Kitchen), hotels (Noelle, Dream), fashion pop-ups (Hermes, Cartier, imogene + willie, Jenni Kayne, Ganni) and brands (Restoration Hardware, Erno Laszlo, Mejuri) through events, social media, influencer marketing, traditional PR and collaborations.

India Mayer

India started her career as an account manager at C|Louise Public Relations, a Chicago-based agency specializing in food and beverage clients. During her time in the position, she handled the accounts of local and national brands, including social media content creation and influencer marketing for more than 10 client accounts. Following a move back to her hometown of Nashville in 2016, India worked as account executive for a top Nashville PR agency and led public relations efforts and event planning for lifestyle (Dunkin'), non-profit (Nashville Shakespeare Festival) and tourism clients. 

India joined lifestyle communications company, The Callaway in 2018 as account director, where she led PR, events and social media marketing efforts for fashion, lifestyle and hospitality brands. At The Callaway, India used social media marketing to ensure a successful first Denim Days in Nashville, resulting in more than 5,000 attendees. In this same role, she led the influencer marketing roll-out for The Mall at Green Hills, which resulted in social media growth of 178%, the #1 performing account for national retail group Taubman in 2019. As a part of this rollout, she brought Create & Cultivate to the shopping center, resulting in 10 million social media impression for the Mall. In addition to her work in PR and communications, India freelances as an event producer and has worked on the production team for the Super Bowl Halftime Show, The Billboard Music Awards, The Academy Awards and others.
